SUPPORT REVERENCE PHOENIX
Two ways to support. Both matter.
Two ways to support the work.
Pay It Forward puts a seat at the counter for someone in the community.
Season Zero Founders capitalize the infrastructure. Both are one-time or recurring. Both matter.
Season Zero participants receive early reservation access, priority booking throughout the season, and invitations to private tastings and Season Zero gatherings.
Founding Support — Active
Phoenix opens June 20 regardless.
The raise determines what it opens with.
Before service begins, infrastructure must be built.
Season Zero capitalizes the systems required to operate Reverence Phoenix in public space with discipline, quality, and embedded access.
Infrastructure Baseline
Season Zero funds:
Lunch Counter build-out
Cold holding and Material Systems
Education systems
Service flow infrastructure
Transport and storage logistics
Weather buffer for outdoor operation
Phoenix operates within NYC Parks’ Temporary Food Service Establishment framework. Public hospitality requires infrastructure.
Access Is Embedded
A minimum of 5% of seasonal seating capacity is reserved for structured access allocation, including students, SNAP-aligned participants, and neighborhood youth partners.
Once the $18,000 infrastructure baseline is secured, allocation expands proportionally — up to a full dedicated rotation.
Access is not an add-on. It is part of the operating model.
